“Journey to the Huong – Ngu Land”

The spectacle named “Journey to the Huong – Ngu Land” (the land of the Perfume River and Ngu Binh Mount) which celebrates Hue’s authentic art values from tangible to intangible heritages, will be taken place at the communal house of Kim Long ancient village.

Taking part in this cultural event, audiences will immerse themselves into the harmonious and academic tunes of Hue’s Royal Court Music and traditional folk songs – one being the world’s intangible cultural heritage and one being of national values. The spectacle is also associated with an Ao Dai mini-show performed by models in gentle music. Audiences will be served with hot lotus tea while enjoy renowned cakes and fruits of Kim Long area. Additionally, many pictures and artworks about Thuan Hoa - Phu Xuan - Hue along its history of more than 700 years will be on display. Audiences can freely join traditional games at site to win many interesting awards.

The event will be concluded by lantern drifting function. Each participant will drop his or her lotus lantern onto the river to consign own’s best wishes for a memorable journey to the land of the Perfume River and Ngu Binh Mount.
